At least 35 people have died and several are still missing after a tourist boat capsized in Vietnam during bad weather. The incident took place in Ha Long Bay, a popular tourist destination in the north of the country.

Forty-five out of 49 people aboard the Vinh Xanh 58 tourist boat had been found as of 1:40 a.m. on July 20 following the tragic capsizing incident in Ha Long Bay a day earlier, with 10 survivors, 35 confirmed dead,

Due to the impact of Typhoon Wipha (Storm No. 3), all passenger vessels heading to Ha Long Bay have been temporarily suspended to ensure safety.
