The last time Minneapolis musician Mike Kota played on the same stage as Hozier was in 2023, when she opened for the Irish singer-songwriter at a pop-up concert at First Avenue in Minneapolis. She played for a crowd of about 1,500 people.

Hozier, Alabama Shakes, Train, Sheryl Crow and Father John Misty are some of the performers at the musical fest on Friday.

Minnesota Yacht Club Festival takes center stage in downtown St. Paul on Friday. This summer's headliners include Green Day and Hozier and tickets are still available.
