2025年7月30日、ロシアのカムチャツカ半島沖合で起きた地震の影響で、日本を含む広い範囲で津波が観測されました。この地震に関して、XのAI「Grok」や、GoogleのAIサービス「AIによる概要」で、誤情報が表示されたと伝えられています。

USGS＝アメリカの地質調査所によりますと、地震があったのは日本時間の30日午前8時25分ごろ。 震源はロシア極東のカムチャツカ半島沖で、震源の深さは20.7キロ、地震の規模を示すマグニチュードは8.8と推定されています。
